Return Procedure
Returns Within 14 Days
The return process depends on your product. See below which applies to you.
Uncalibrated products:
Products that are not calibrated can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To do so, please contact support@thermometerexpert.com within 14 days for the return policy for uncalibrated products.
Calibrated products:
Products that have been calibrated cannot be returned. If applicable, this is also described on the product page.
This is because each thermometer is individually calibrated and the certificate is issued to that specific device. As a result, we cannot resell this product once it has left our quality chain.
Warranty Return
Your thermometer is no longer working as expected — very annoying! Go through the steps below to see what you can do about it.
- Check if your battery needs replacing.
You can tell if lights or screens no longer turn on as they used to. If so, replace the battery first to see if that solves the problem. - Check with your software provider (the app you use with the thermometer).
If the device still does something but you cannot connect or it displays incorrect information, contact them to resolve the issue. - If steps 1 and 2 provide no solution, check if your product is still under warranty.
The warranty period is 12 months from delivery. The warranty covers material and production defects under normal use.
If you have completed all the steps above, fill in this form to start a replacement request.
If the request is approved, you will receive the address to send it to, and you will then receive a new product.
Please note: charges will be applied for unannounced returns.
