Thermometer Calibration Extension Declaration
For purposes of legionella prevention, this declaration provides the option to have the thermometer calibrated at a later time.
The delivery date from ThermometerExpert may be used as the reference date for the 12-month calibration period, instead of the calibration date stated on the manufacturer's calibration certificate.
Please present this document during any inspection, to demonstrate compliance with the legal requirements for legionella prevention.
